2 tbsp butter |
1. Melt butter in top of double boiler. Add onion and green
pepper. Sauté until soft but not brown. 2. Add cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook until cheese melts. Add clams and sherry, if used. 3. Serve with an assortment of crackers or raw vegetables. |
