Lemon Jello Cake

 

Ingredients

Preparation

1 Lemon Cake Mix
1 3oz package Lemon Jello
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup cold water
1/2 vegetable oil

Icing
Juice of 2 lemons or 4 tbsp real lemon juice
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

1.  Mix ingredients.  Beat for 5 min.  (Mixture will be runny)  Bake in 13x9x2 greased pan at 325-350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.

2.  Remove from oven and poke with a two prong fork all over the cake.

3.  Pour icing over cake
