MARINADE 1 tbsp Tequila, if desired 2 tsp lime juice 2 tsp olive oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper SALMON |
1. Combine all marinade ingredients in small bowl. Place
salmon in shallow baking dish; generously brush with marinade. Cover
and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 3 hours. 2. Heat grill. Grill salmon, covered, over medium heat or coals 8 to 10 minutes or until salmon just begins to flake, turning once. |
