1. In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Pour
half of the marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add roast. 2. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade. 3. Drain and discard marinade. Place roast in pot and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. |
