1 lrg onion cut up = 1 cup |
1. In a pan, put olive oil with onion and garlic. Saute until
onion is opaque. Add tomatoes, paste, brown sugar, spices, bay leaf
and water. 2. Cook for an hour or until cooked down. Add cooked hamburger and mushrooms. Simmer for another 15 minutes. |
