Swanson Slow-Simmered Chicken Rice Soup

1/2 cup uncooked wild rice |
1. Mix wild rice, whit rice and oil in the crock-pot slow cooker.
Cover and cook on High 15 minutes. 2. Stir in onion, celery, chicken, thyme, pepper and broth. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours or until done. 3. Serve with sour cream and green onions, if desired. . |
